Industrial Louvers, Inc. is proud to announce that Dustin Gagner has been elected as Chair of the Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) Louver Engineering Committee. Dustin holds a degree in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University. In more than ten years at Industrial Louvers, he has served in a variety of positions including drafting, engineering, estimating, and project management. He is currently ILI’s Senior Design Engineer. His experience across all aspects of design, production and technical support provide him with a broad perspective on how the louver industry functions and what challenges face manufacturers, installers and owners.
Dustin participates and provides technical input for the following AMCA committees:

• AMCA 11 (CRP Operating Manual)
• AMCA 500-L (Laboratory Methods for Testing Louvers)
• AMCA 501 (Louver Design Guide)
• AMCA 511 (CRP Rating Manual for Air Control Devices)
• AMCA 540 (Missile Impact Test)
• AMCA 550 (High Velocity Wind Driven Rain)
In his spare time, Dustin spends time with his wife and two-year old daughter and enjoying all that Minnesota’s changing seasons have to offer. He enjoys snowmobiling and ice finishing in the winter and boating in the summer.
Dustin’s work will continue to build on a long history of supporting to the advancement of knowledge of air systems and upholding industry integrity through AMCA. ILI’s participation in AMCA dates back to our company’s inception. We currently have employees volunteering on several committees. Our CEO & President, Jo Reinhardt has served in many leadership roles, including president of the organization. She remains the only woman to do so in the history of this global organization.
